Can I place an order for pickup?
Yes, but please note the following:
- We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
- It's best to call ahead and let us know when you plan on coming. We will make sure someone is here to help you. Call 707-320-0567 or email info@flywithwine.com to schedule your pickup.
- For personalized product orders:
- Please allow 5 business days for suitcases with custom nameplates to ship.
- Please allow 12 business days for glassware with engraving to ship.
Shipping and Handling Timelines:
- Orders that do NOT include customization typically ship within 2 business days. If you paid for an expedited shipping service, your order will ship within one business day as long as the order was placed before 1:00 pm Pacific Time.
- Orders that include customized products typically ship within 5 business days.
- To Western States: 2-4 Business Days
- To Eastern States: 5-8 Business Days
- To Central/Southern States: 4-7 Business Days
- To AK/HI/Puerto Rico: 5-10 Business Days
- International Orders: Transit times are specified within the shipping service requested.
Expedited shipping
We offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping options to the continental USA.
Important: Please know that if you personalize your product with a custom nameplate or glass engraving, we will still need the following time to ship your products out:
- 5 days for suitcases with nameplate
- 12 days for glasses with engraving
Puerto Rico
At this time, we can only offer standard USPS delivery service to Puerto Rico.
International orders
We offer three international shipping services.
USPS (10 - 20 days)
FedEx Express (7 - 10 days)
DHL (1 - 3 days)
If you order a personalized product, we will still need 5 days (plate) or 12 days (engraving) to get your product ready before it ships out.

Non-Customized Product Orders:
- Overnight Shipping - Order by December 20th
- Express 2-Day Shipping - Order by December 19th
- Ground Shipping - Order by December 13th
Orders Including Customized Products:
- Overnight Shipping - Order by December 15th
- Express 2-Day Shipping - Order by December 14th
