- IMPORTANT: Do not ship a product back to our fulfillment center without first initiating a return inquiry with our fulfillment team by using one of the methods listed below.

Will be provided by fulfillment center for all approved returns.
- If the product you purchased arrives defective, damaged, or showing signs of previous use, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.
- ForsterVGV will provide a return label.
- The provided return label must be used within 30 days, after which the label is no longer valid.
- ForsterVGV will send a replacement product via the same shipping method used on the initial order.
- The product will be eligible for replacement only, no refunds.
Returns are accepted for items in new, unused condition only, within 30 days of delivery. Restocking fees may apply (see section below).
There are two options for returning your items:
FlyWithWine - Initiated Shipment
- FlyWithWine will provide a digital copy of the return label for you to print.
- We will provide a quote for return fees and deduct them from your refund amount.
- The provided return label must be used within 30 days, after which the label is no longer valid.
Customer-Initiated Shipment
- Create your own return label and return the product to our warehouse using your preferred method.
- Tracking number must be provided to FlyWithWine at info@forstervgv.com
- Returned items must be received within 15 days of the return inquiry being initiated.
- A full refund will be issued.
Things to Remember:
- Products should be packed safely in order to avoid damage during transit.
- You are liable for the product until it is received by our fulfillment center.
Restocking fees will apply under the following conditions:
- Product is returned to us damaged
- Product is unclean or shows signs of use
- Product is no longer in its original packaging
- Products no longer have their original factory settings - Example: the lock of the suitcase should be set back to 0-0-0
- Product was returned outside the 30-day return window - Delivery date will be based on the provided tracking number or the in person pickup date. Returns outside the 30-day return window will only be accepted at FlyWithWine’s own discretion.
- Parts or accessories are missing from the return shipment
- Customized products will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns for late deliveries are only eligible for orders shipped via 2-day or overnight shipping.
Standard orders (without customization) ship 1-2 business day if the order was placed before 1pm Pacific time. Orders placed after 1pm Pacific time will ship the next business day.
- Orders will typically ship within 2-3 business days. If you paid for an expedited shipping service, your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days.
- To Western States: 2-4 Business Days
- To Eastern States: 5-8 Business Days
- To Central/Southern States: 4-7 Business Days
- To AK/HI/Puerto Rico: 5-10 Business Days
- International Orders: Transit times are specified within the shipping service requested.

FlyWithWine 5-Year Warranty
Forster VGV, Inc. provides the following Lifetime Warranty on FlyWithWine branded wine suitcases:
1. As it relates to wheels, straps, TSA lock and handles: The Company will provide the customer with the following replacement parts at no cost: • Spinner Wheels • Zipper Pulls (TSA lock) • TSA Lock • Corner Protector Guards • Handles (Top, Side and Bottom) • Exterior Burst Straps • Strap Guides The Customer is only responsible for shipping charges.
2. As it relates to damage to the exterior case shell, interior lining, interior belting, or telescopic retractable handle, except when caused by airline abuse:
• The Customer will provide the Company with a picture of the suitcase via email using the information below.
• The Company will send the Customer a new suitcase at no cost.
The Customer is only responsible for shipping charges.
• Important Note: If your suitcase was damaged by Airline / Carrier mishandling, we ask that you reach out to them first in filing a claim.
Registering the purchase of your FlyWithWine suitcase:
To qualify for this warranty coverage, the Customer must provide proof of purchase to the Company along with name, address, and suitcase model. If the suitcase was received as a gift, simply indicate “Received as a Gift”, and the date the suitcase was received. Register for your warranty online here: Warranty Registration Form.
