Unlocking Your VinGardeValise®
Unlocking your VinGardeValise® is easy to do.
- Enter the 3-digit code that you set after first receiving your VinGardeValise.
- Slide the button (which has the keyhole on it) to the right, toward the zippers as shown in the image below:
If the code was entered correctly, the zippers will pop out of the locks.
NOTE: The default code for all new suitcases is 0 0 0 (zero, zero, zero).

HELP! I forgot my code...
If you forget the custom code to the suitcase, the only way to unlock it is to try every code starting at 0 0 0 until you get to the correct code. (i.e. try 0 0 0, then 0 0 1, then 0 0 2, etc...) This process should take no longer than 30 minutes.
